I've always had an interest in the women that inspire art, music, literature. They have this sort of raw quality that shines through even in photographs. Marianne Faithfull, Pattie Boyd, Marsha Hunt, Uschi Obermaier, and many more inspired, loved and got their hearts broken by the Jaggers, Claptons and Harrisons of the world. Pattie Boyd (first photo) seemed to have had the deepest effect on these men, inspiring infamous songs such as 'Something' and 'Wonderful Tonight'. I forget the name of the women in the last photo (possibly Anita Pallenberg), but goddamn does she look like Rachel McAdams! All these photos just make me want to watch Almost Famous immediately.

I began to feel good, I began to feel good in the worst situations and there were plenty of those. like say, the boss behind his desk, he is going to have to fire me. I've missed too many days. he is dressed in a suit, necktie, glasses, he says, "I am going to have to let you go" "it's all right" I tell him. He must do what he must do, he has a wife, a house, children. expenses, most probably a girlfriend. I am sorry for him he is caught. I walk onto the blazing sunshine. the whole day is mine temporarily, anyhow.

You Don't Know Jack

You Don't Know Jack is the most brilliant film I have seen in a long long time. It's unfortunate that most people outside of America probably won't have heard of it, considering that it was a HBO film that only premiered once on the channel. It tells the story of Jack Kevorkian, an enlightened doctor who believes that everyone has the right to choose whether they should live or die. It will make your heart break as well as make you feel anger towards the higher powers in government and religious organisations for their backward laws and ideologies. Watch it IMMEDIATELY!

Dignified Death

Well, let's take what people think is a dignified death. Jesus Christ, was that a dignified death? Do you think it's dignified to hang from wood with nails through your hands and feet bleeding, hang for three or four days slowly dying, with people jabbing spears into your side, and people jeering you? Do you think that's dignified? Not by a long shot. Had Christ died in my van with people around Him who loved Him, the way it was, it would be far more dignified. In my rusty van."
